Sign into Google Webmaster Tool with your blogger account username and password
Click on the Blog URL

Click on “Sitemaps” link tab as show in the below image

Click on “ADD/TEST SITEMAP” link tab (Redcolor) as shown in the image below

Immediately a Popup box appears add to submit site map as shown in the image below

Copy the below code and paste it in it, if your blog posts not crossed 500 posts

or else
If your blog posts are more than 500 copy the below code one by one and paste in it

atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=500

If your blog posts more than 1000 posts then copy the below codes one by one and paste in it for submitting site map

atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=500
atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1001&max-results=500
